1. Medical Treatment:
Treating physicians conduct examinations twice per day.
Nutritional consultation is provided at least once per hospital admission.
2. Nursing Care:
* The hospital provides Comprehensive Nursing Care, minimizing the need for family assistance (except for pediatric patients and women in labor), based on the following care levels:
– Level 1: Full care provided by nursing staff.
– Level 2: Partial assistance provided by nursing staff.
– Level 3: Nurses provide guidance; patients perform self-care.
* Activities within Comprehensive Nursing Care:
– Patients receive health monitoring, implementation of doctors’ orders, and appropriate clinical interventions.
– Nutritional care: patients receive in-room meal service (ordering and delivery to bedside).
– Personal hygiene care and maintaining cleanliness of the patient’s room.
– Emotional support: visiting, encouraging, and sharing with the patient.
– Mobility exercises or exercise guidance depending on the assigned care level.
– Health counseling and education, addressing questions from patients and family members.

The hospital provides comprehensive care based on the designated care level; therefore, caregivers are generally not required.
– Maximum 01 caregiver per patient, except for pediatric and neonatal patients.
– Intensive Care Unit (ICU):
+ Caregivers are not allowed to stay in the patient room.
+ Healthcare staff will proactively contact the family when necessary.

– Visits are allowed until 09:00 pm daily.
– Maximum 02 visitors per visit (except for single-bed or Private 2-bed room)
– ICU:
+ Visiting hours: 06:30 PM to 8:30 PM
+ Only 1 visitor per patient.

– Patients must wear hospital attire (except pediatric and neonatal patients) and keep their identification wristband on during the entire hospital stay.
– Visitors to special units (e.g., ICU, Anesthesia & Recovery) must wear gowns, change into provided slippers, wear masks, and perform hand hygiene before and after visiting to ensure infection control and patient safety.

– During examination or procedures, caregivers are not allowed inside the patient room unless requested by medical staff.
– Patients must follow instructions from healthcare staff. Please consult staff if you wish to leave the ward or the hospital.
– If a patient does not comply with regulations and causes disruption to care activities or affects other patients, healthcare staff may temporarily suspend or refuse services to ensure safety and quality of care.
– Patients/caregivers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings; the hospital is not liable for any loss.
– Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper care of hospital facilities and equipment.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hospital.
– Weapons, hazardous goods, flammable/explosive materials, and obscene or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
– Practice civilized behavior: walk softly and speak quietly.

To refuse treatment or request discharge after being informed of the risks and signing the required consent
To exercise these rights through a legal representative if the patient has lost/limited civil capacity, has cognitive difficulties, is a minor, or has no next of kin
