Outpatient Services are planned procedures, consultations, or tests that are carried out by a specialist but do not require an overnight stay.
The Outpatient Zone in Family Hospital locates from Level 1 to Level 4, with a reception desk and medication delivery system in the center of each floor. These arrangements aim to minimize patient waiting time, with a view to improving patient satisfaction towards healthcare services.
Each day, we treat around 1,500 outpatient visits at 11 departments and 3 centers. Our employees guarantee comprehensive and individualized medical support even beyond their normal duty.
